Job Title: Information Technology Coordinator Trainee

Job Number: 140003DY

Job Location: Lagos

Job Duties:

- you will demonstrate customer focus, handle discisions

through the eyes of the customers

- you will provide after hour support on need basis to

support implementations of service interruptions

- you will work as an ascalation contact for incident and

problem


- you will maintain all IT assets in the It Asset Management

tool as per defined processes

- you will handle administrative market checks and

infrastructure monituring so as to service catalogue

Job Requirements:

. Minimum of Bsc (at least second class lower) or Hnd (at

least upper credit) in Computer Engineering, Computer

Science, Elect/Elect Engineering or any related Computer or

Engineering discipline.

Minimum of 1 years experience
